With full toolroom facilities alongside the production facilities, we are positioned to manufacture complete moulds as well as repair and maintain tooling to ensure the highest quality of finished product. With an investment of nearly £100,000 over the last two years, you can expect the highest standard in mould and product finish.
Design
With our long history of producing precision plastic injection moulded products, our design team can handle a wide variety of product ideas and from concept drawings up to full Computer Aided Design drawings.
Complementing our in-house toolroom, the design team can take products from concept to final production ready items in the quickest time possible all under one roof.

As with any manufacturing industry, investment in plant is one place any business can never stand still. Through continued investment, Moss Products (Plastics) Limited has relied on the expertise and quality of Demag, Netstal and Husky Injection Moulding Machines.
Prototyping
Along with the design and toolroom facilities, it is sometimes vital to have a finish product long before commitment to final tooling and production. If needed, we can produce a small number of proto type products to assist in visualising the final product.
